I hired Kozi Contracting LLC in April 2025, after an initial remediation company did a half-hearted job tearing out the damaged areas and inadequately drying everything. Finding Kozi Contracting LLC was truly a blessing. My first contact was with James, who took my call when I was frustrated and overwhelmed by the runaround I was getting from my insurance company. He was kind, informative, reassuring, and incredibly helpful. Glenn then worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure I received a fair settlement to complete the necessary repairs and restore my home. During this process, I decided to take on additional upgrades, most notably updating my kitchen and relocating my laundry room from the basement to the second floor, across from my bedroom (which turned out to be the best decision I’ve made!). Kozi’s team brought my vision to life beautifully. They extended my second floor to create a brand-new laundry space, and the craftsmanship was so seamless that it looks like it was always part of the home. The entire Kozi Contracting team was exceptional. From Forty, who guided me through the design process, to Florenzo, the interior design consultant who patiently supported me with my design selections, and Victor, the project manager who kept everything on schedule, everyone was communicative, professional, and respectful. As a single woman, I appreciated that I never felt taken advantage of; they addressed all my questions, adapted to changes without hesitation, and handled every inspection. The crew showed up on time as scheduled and conducted themselves with professionalism throughout. This is the first time I’ve had such a positive and smooth experience with contractors. My home has been completely transformed, I already loved it before, but now I’ve fallen in love with it all over again.
